Services described

Pages describe conversion reporting, audits, clinics, and related advisory work for marketplace sellers. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope exists only after written confirmation between you and Pulse Prismpoint Co., Ltd.

Intellectual property

Site content, visual design, and Pulse Prismpoint materials remain our property unless a written agreement assigns deliverables. You may keep and use final reports prepared for your storefront under the engagement terms. You may not republish our templates, sample charts, or site copy without permission.

Client materials

You confirm you have rights to share seller-centre data, exports, and creative assets provided for an engagement. You remain responsible for marketplace account compliance.

Limitation of liability

Conversion reporting informs decisions; marketplace results depend on catalogue, pricing, ads, operations, and platform changes outside our control. To the fullest extent allowed under Thai law, Pulse Prismpoint Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or damages arising from reliance on reports beyond the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
