Data we collect

Contact forms collect name, email, engagement interest, marketplace, and message content. Emails and calls may add business details needed to scope conversion reporting. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data for security.

Purpose and legal basis

We process inquiry data to respond to requests, prepare estimates, deliver agreed reporting work, and meet accounting or legal duties. Where required under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, we rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating the practice, or consent for optional analytics cookies.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact if no engagement starts. Engagement files are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised where feasible.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors such as email hosts or analytics providers (when accepted) may process data under instructions. Seller-centre credentials shared for audits are limited to assigned analysts and revoked after delivery unless a retainer continues.

International transfers

Primary operations are in Thailand. If a processor stores data outside Thailand, we seek appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements and disclose the arrangement on request.

Your rights

Subject to Thai law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent. Contact us to exercise rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
