Separating Lazada ads from organic orders in a weekly review

A weekly habit for attributing orders when ads, organic search, and flash sales all hit the same catalogue.

Marketplace dashboards blend paid and organic outcomes unless you force a weekly split. Choose one fixed weekday to pull ad spend, attributed orders, and total orders for the same SKU set.

Record spend and attributed orders first, then subtract those orders from total orders to estimate the organic remainder. It is imperfect, but it reveals whether ads are carrying the store or merely topping up a healthy organic base.

Watch SKUs where spend rises while attributed orders stay flat for two consecutive weeks. Those listings often need creative or bid changes—or a pause—before more budget goes out.

Flash sale days distort the picture. Mark them in your notes so a spike does not look like a lasting conversion win. Compare the week after the sale to the week before, not only to the sale day itself.

Bring the weekly sheet into any conversation with a reporting partner. Shared numbers shorten the briefing and keep the focus on decisions rather than file hunting.
